The hotel staff has asked us to provide you with information about the use of Resort Credits in order to make your stay enjoyable and hassle free. Resort Credits are not available for all time periods nor at all resorts. Particular resort restrictions may apply. Amounts may differ at each property. Check the website for the applicable amount.
Resort Credits, for reservations booked through this site, are applicable towards the following services:

• Romantic Dinners, two credits totaling $60.00 can be used in the following manner: two credits: ($40 and $20), applied to one dinner. Not valid for bottle of wine. (Please contact the Concierge for further information)
• Spa Services – Applies towards Massages, Facials and Body Wraps - three credits totaling $100.00 (usd) can be used in the following manner: two credits at $40 and one at $20 can be applied one credit per treatment.
• Bottles of Wine at our Restaurants and Bars, four credits totaling $40.00 (usd) can be used in the following manner: four credits ($10, $10, $10 and $10), one for each bottle of wine in our restaurants and bars.

*Resort Credits are not applicable for any services other than those listed above. They cannot be used, for example, for lobster dinners, dive shop, telephone charges, internet, gift shop purchases, laundry services or room upgrades, etc. They are to be used for spa services, bottles of special wines and romantic dinners - all the things that will make your stay even more special.

 Please take note that Resort Credits have to be presented when requiring the service or making reservations. Resort credits do not have cash or commercial value, are not refundable or applicable for tips, taxes, private functions and special events; they are not transferrable, nor accumulative or combinable with any other promotions and will be valid only during your stay. Resort credits cannot be deducted upon check out.
In order to validate the Resort Credit you must open a credit line at the front desk and present the promotional voucher during the check out. All the services must be charged to your room account.
