We represent the five Haciendas in Yucatan, Mexico and other charming hotels in the state of Oaxaca. We know all the hotels very well and we have the opportunity to visit each other from time to time. We know the general managers, the people at the front desk, the reservations manager. We and our hotel colleagues stay in close touch with each other in order to serve you better. Its a mutual commitment weve made.
And Expedia® says that it reaches more than nine million travelers each month. Well, thats a lot of people to care about. We only reach people like you who are interested in coming to visit us here in Mexico - staying at one of the beautiful Haciendas. The truth is, we dont have enough rooms to host 9,000,000 people in a century.
We dont sell advertising on our sites, we dont leave cookies on your site or ask you to sign in and become a member (of what, we were never sure). We dont have flashing lights or banners. We make our way by doing a good job of serving you the way people used to do. We always try to be clear and direct and to practice good computer manners.
Although we are not the Starwood company, we have promised them and the Hacienda staff to do our best in representing them in a way that carries forward their tradition of excellence.
