DEPOSIT
• One night hotel rate plus tax must be received before reservation can be confirmed. Hotel space and rates are not guaranteed without deposit.
PLEASE NOTE: SOME RESERVATIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF BOOKING AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. THIS INFORMATION WILL HAVE APPEARED ON THE WEB PAGE MAKING THE DISCOUNTED OFFER.
BALANCE
• Balance of payment must be received in our office no later than 7 days prior to hotel check-in date. Travel Documents will be e-mailed out immediately when full payment has been charged.
• Holiday* reservations: Balance of payment must be received in our office no later than 60 days prior to hotel check-in date.
CANCELLATION/ Refund Policy
• If reservation is canceled 15 days or more before check-in date deposit is fully refundable, less $8.00 processing fee per room canceled.
• If reservation is canceled 14 to 8 days before check-in date, penalty is equal to amount of Initial Deposit.
• If reservation is canceled 7 days or less before check-in date the reservation is non-refundable.
• Name changes made less than 7 days prior to check-in date will be submject to a one night charge.
• No shows are non-refundable.
• Holiday* reservations: Cancellation made 91 days or more prior to check-in date will have a $50.00 per room penalty; 61- 90 daysprior to check-in date will have a 1-night per room penalty; 31- 60 daysprior to check-in date will have a 3-night per room penalty. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to check-in date are non-refundable.
*Holyweek/Easter (March 31- April 15, 2007), and Christmas/New Year season (December 20, 2007- January 2, 2008))
