PAYMENT and CANCELLATION

HOLIDAY PACKAGES, AEROTUCAN FLIGHTS, ETC.


PAYMENT/CONFIRMATION POLICY

• Full payment must be received before reservation can be confirmed. Hotel space and rates are not guaranteed without payment. No contract of any kind has been created nor exists between Zapotel, Inc. and a client submitting a Reservation Request until the availability of funds has been verified and the processing of the client''s credit card by Zapotel, Inc. for the amount specified and approved by the credit card company has been completed. Nor does any contract pre-exist between the hotel and the client submitting a Reservation Request.

REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY

• If reservation is canceled 15 days or more before check-in date paymnet is fully refundable, less $8.00 processing fee per room canceled.
• If reservation is canceled 14 to 8 days before check-in date, penalty is equal to amount of first night's stay.
• If reservation is canceled 7 days or less before check-in date the reservation is non-refundable.
Holiday* reservations: Cancellation made 46 days or more prior to check-in date will have a one-night penalty, 45 days or less prior to check-in date are non-refundable.
*Holyweek/Easter, Oaxaca's Guelaguetza festival, Day of the Dead Festival, and Christmas/New Year

DAY OF THE DEAD CELEBRATION PACKAGES:

• Deposit required IS 25% of the Total Amount.
• Balance of payment must be received in our office 45 days prior to hotel check-in date.
• Cancellation made on or before May 31, 2007 is fully refundable less $25.00 processing fee. Cancellation made 46 days or more prior to check-in date will have a one-night penalty, 45 days or less prior to check-in date are non-refundable.

AEROTUCAN FLIGHT RESERVATIONS:

• Full payment is due at the time of reservation.
• AeroTucan reservations are total non-refundable upon reservation confirmation.
To change an existing AeroTucan reservation (subject to availability ) there will be a charge of $25.00 (usd) per ticket. Changes may be made up to 8 days before the originally scheduled flight date. After that they become non-changeable as well as non-refundable.


• All cancellations must be made in writing and e-mailed to our office in order for any applicable refunds to be issued. Please Note: For all cancellations the Confirmation Number or the last 4 digits of Credit Card must be provided.

Non-payment of any amounts due will be treated as cancellation.
Revisions made after confirmation and receipt of deposit may incur additional charges. The first revision is free of charge, each additional revision thereafter will have a $15.00 fee applied.
